Community Manager Certification Requirements

  1. Application Form 559.
  2. Fingerprint Background Waiver: Your fingerprint background waiver must be completed, signed and dated prior to obtaining your fingerprints.
  3. Fingerprint Cards: Submit the fingerprint verification form issued by an approved Fingerprint Vendor (Nevada approved vendor list - Form 619). Fingerprints expire after six (6) months.
  4. Education: Minimal of 60 hours of education in management of a common-interest community.
  5. EXPERIENCE: Submit the completed Service Verification form located on Form 559's page #6 (Document #8) and a resume.
  6. Original Community Manager exam passing result dated within last 12 months.
  7. Fee $300.
