USER ID
1. Your Main License Number minus the leading zeros is
always going to be your User ID. If your license is S.0034567, your User ID
will be S.34567. The system will not find a match if you include the leading
zeros in the User ID.
2. You will always log in with your Main License Number and
never with a Permit Number. If you have license number B.0034567 and permits
BUSB.0034567.BKR and PM.0001234, your User ID is B.34567. The system will not
find a match for permits.
