Licensees

Upon initial licensure, Licensing staff generates an account associated with your license. 

The User ID is your license number (letter(s) period followed by number with no leading zeroes. If your license number is S.0012345.LLC, your User ID will be S.12345). The system will not find a match if you include the leading zeros in the User ID. 

The last four digits of your social security number is always going to be your password.

Login Tips

1. If you have multiple credentials, your User ID will always be your main credential number, never the permit number. If you have license number B.0034567 and permits BUSB.0034567.BKR and PM.001234, your User ID is B.34567 (for all credentials). The system will not find a match for permits.
2. Dual Licensed Brokers: The same User ID will be used for both. Your User ID will be the Main Broker Credential issued to your first.
3. If you have reached the maximum attempts to log in, we recommend deleting your browsing history before trying to log in again.
4. The online portal is not fully compatible with all browsers. If you have an issue with your online renewal, try using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla, or Firefox.
