Initial Permit Requirements

  1. Application Form 624   
  2. Education: 24 hour pre-licensing business broker education.  
  3. Exam:Original Business Brokerage exam passing result dated within last 12 months. 
  4. Fingerprint Cards: one (1) fingerprint card and a cashier’s check or money order payable to the “Department of Public Safety” OR a verification form issued by an approved Fingerprint Vendor (Form 619). 
  5. A Nevada Real Estate license is required prior to applying for the Business Broker Permit. The Business Broker application will not be accepted along with the original application for a real estate license. 
  6. Fee: $40.00
