Important Update: Candidates must first register and pay for their real estate exam on the Division website before scheduling an exam with Pearson VUE.

To Register:

1. Create an account with the Nevada Real Estate Division
   Visit https://red.prod.secure.nv.gov to to create an account and begin the registration process.
   
   
2. Complete Registration and Payment 
   Follow the prompts to register and pay for your exam.
   
   
3. Authorization to Test Email
   After your payment is processed, you will receive an Authorization to Test email with instructions to schedule your exam through Pearson VUE.
   
   
4. Schedule your exam through Pearson VUE
   Once you receive your Authorization to Test, following the scheduling instructions provided in the email to book your exam.
