A permit issued pursuant to NRS 645H.530 expires one year after the date of issuance, unless it is renewed. To renew the permit, the registrant must submit to the Division on or before the date of expiration:
1. An application for renewal (Form 760);
2. A fee of $90; and
3. All information required to complete the renewal.
