1. Application for renewal: Form 630
2. 18 hours of community manager’s continuing education, that must include 3 hours of law.
3. Renewal fee: $200    

 
PLEASE NOTE: Pursuant to NAC 116A.137(3), a temporary certificate may not be renewed, and no person may obtain another temporary certificate after the temporary certificate issued to that person has expired.
