#1 - The NEXT button does not advance to the next screen.
You are accessing the system with an unsupported browser. Use Internet Explorer (less than 10), Firefox, or
Netscape instead.
If you are using Internet Explorer 10 or greater, you must
be in “Compatibility Mode” in order to complete the transaction. You can switch
to this mode by clicking the icon shown in the graphic below. Alternatively,
you can select Tools from the menu and check “Compatibility Mode.”
#2 - Error message.
No renewal questions were answered. If you quit in the
middle of a transaction, you might receive this error message the next time you
login. If so, call the Licensing section to have the previously interrupted
transaction deleted. Then, close your browser and login again. You will be
required to re-answer the questions.
#3 - Don't know what to enter in the 'CVV' (Card
Verification Value) field.
This field should contain the 3-digit security code on the
back of your credit/debit card.
