The task force shall meet at such times as deemed necessary by the Chair (B&I Director).
This task force must include members who are representatives from:
(1) The Nevada Real Estate Division.
(2) The Office of the Ombudsman for Owners in Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels.
(3) The Office of the Attorney General.
(4) The common-interest community industry, appointed by the Director.
Members of the task force serve without compensation.
